Kayak Angler Magazine App Reviews

I really liked your magazine & its simple app that I had no problems with until todays update. Now the app will not open at all even after hard reset of iPad (the new iPad). It either hangs on the startup screen or closes itself.

I will return a good rating once you fix the app. It worked fine for me until v7.6 and now it wont open!!! The update is a bad one.

What happened? I bought several magazines then got a subscription and you update the app and now I cant read anything. The app wont open! Fix it !!! Who updated it, Mickey Mouse?

This was a great app until the update, now it is in usable, it is no good to anyone at this point, fix it!

I love this e-zine, and have been subscribing since the start, but come on guys! At least give us a heads up if you are trying to fix it or whatever.1st gen IPad running 5.1.1 Fix it please!! Update!!!!! Delete the app and reload and it works. I would hate to have people get frustrated with the app over something so easy. You guys should try to support your customers better.

I enjoy this Emag and now I have a blank cover screen and I paid a full year subscription. Fix the darn thing please.

Got all excited about being able to download kayak angler magazine. I too paid for a full year subscription. I downloaded my first magazine and when I pull up he app all I get is a black screen. Please fix your app.

Bought the subscription only to find out the first issue was the 2012 Paddling Guide. I already owned that issue as I bought it as a stand alone product. I found out about Kayak Angler through the Paddling Guide, but I cant find a " contact us" button to see if I can get something else! Next I bought the 2011 combo pack only to find the 2012 Paddling Guide was part of that too! Apparently I now own three issues of the same guide without any recourse because I cant contact anyone at the magazine. From now on Im sticking to paper only.........exclusively due to lack of support of the app.

This app does NOT WORK i paid for the this app and since day one never works!!!!

Dear Editors, Just downloaded several of your magazines for my iPad and wanted to congratulate all of you on a job very well done! Great content and very appealing layouts. Backcast photos are wonderfully inspiring to get out on the water. I have learned and refreshed my knowledge thanks to you.

I subscribe to both the print and digital editions. Rapid Media has great customer service on the print side, but they are slow to respond on digital issues. Overall, I am happy with the app, just wish they were more responsive.

All my purchases are gone on my iPad, and cant even open app in iPod touch 5th gen! Kayak angler was a good mag, but now its useless bc of app!

Magazine downloads are incomplete. App does not work. Very frustrating. I love the magazine.

Cant download any of the magazines I bought. Either fix or issue a refund.

Every time a new issue comes out app wont open. Have to delete app then reinstall app to download new issue plus reload my previous issues.

Crash fest, wont allow a download of the newest edition without crashing...

I purchased the new edition 2014 for summer fall and have not been able to read it because the application is so bad. Guess I will subscribe to the print edition

Not sure what the publishers are going for here. I only wanted kayak angler but I get all these options to get paddling business and other crap Im not interested in. Where is the subscription option?? And when I click on support, it takes me to a blank web page. Really rapid media??
